Barbara Jeanne Kirkham Tiffin, 75, passed away on February 14, 2017 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center in Asheville, NC. Mrs. Tiffin was born November 4, 1941 to the late Kenneth Kirkham and Harriett May Holman Kirkham. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tiffin was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A. Tiffin.

Prior to moving to Asheville, NC, Mrs. Tiffin had also resided in Miami, FL, Hollywood, FL, Vero Beach, FL, Ivey, GA and Parrottsville, TN. She attended Coral Gables High School and South Broward High School in Hollywood, FL. She was of Methodist faith and had a great love of animals.

Mrs. Tiffin is survived by her children, Charles Andrew Harrison, Jr. (Michelle) of Sylvania, GA, Scott Christopher Beck (Karen) of Vero Beach, FL, Beverly J. Combs of Asheville, NC and Janice L. Beck of Sebastian, FL; brother, Harry R. Moberley (Michele) of Parrottsville, TN; brother-in-law, Richard Tiffin (Ann) of Jupiter, FL; sister-in-law, Joan Jennings of New Smyrna, FL; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; nephew, Michael Moberley; niece, Page Ford; step-sons, Charles Tiffin, Jr. of New Smyrna, FL and Michael Tiffin of South Carolina; step-daughter, Connie McNamara of New Symrna; as well as many more nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Tiffin will be laid to rest with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brother Wolf Animal Rescue in Asheville, NC or to your local Humane Society.
