Charles Waugaman
Brevard- Charles Hoffmeier Chuck Waugaman, 92, passed away May 5, 2011 at the Oaks of Brevard.  He was born October 10, 1918 to the late John Nevin and Rhea Hoffmeier Waugaman  in Scottsdale, P.A.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years Ruth Melee Waugaman, sons Robert Nevin Waugaman and wife Marina of Etowah, Tenn., and Dr. Richard Waugaman and wife Elizabeth of Potomac M.D., daughter Susan Alviene Hamilton and husband Craig of Ponte Vedra F.L., 5 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
Charles was a U.S. Navy World War II Veteran, and a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, NYU.  He was also a memeber of the Great Books discussion group, Board of Transylvania Library, and chairman of Build Better Schools in Chattanooga, TN.  No services have been planned, those wishing can send donations to the Transylvania Co.
