Dale “Pop Pop” Keith Osley, 60, of Swannanoa, formerly of Pemberton, NJ passed away on March 8, 2017. Born in Heidelberg, Germany on May 25, 1956 to Betty Lou Buck and Manford Christ Osley, Dale was a fan of Dale Earnhardt and NASCAR. He was a member of The River Church. Dale is preceded in death by his siblings, Wayne Vaughn and Marilyn Vaughn. He leaves behind his daughters Joleea Jarrett (Shane) of Asheville, NC; and April Henry of Mt. Holly, NJ; four siblings, Melissa “Missy” Petocz (John) of Waretown, NJ, Teresa “Terry” Green (Douglas) of Pemberton, NJ; Gregory Osley (Betsy) of Whiting, NJ; and Vernon Vaughn of Osage City, KS, as well as his grandchildren, Alexandria “Lexi” Adams ,Jayden Star Jarrett, Linwood Mickey and Dyonati Mickey.
