Deborah Case Shepherd, 64, of Weaverville, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 22, 2017. Born on March 15, 1953 to the late Ava Lee Ingle Case and Charles Case Jr. Deborah graduated in 1971 from Enka High School. In addition to her father, Deborah is survived by her children, Kristy Freeman of Asheville, NC; Danny McCarson of Candler, NC; Jeremy McCarson of Candler, NC; Lori McCarson of Candler, NC; siblings, Marsha C. (Larry) DeBruhl of Gastonia, NC; R. Diane Swaringyn of Candler, NC; Phillip Case of Candler, NC; Shawn (Teresa) Case of Candler, NC; Mark (Marie) Case of Weaverville, NC; Lisa (Jack) Baldwin of Candler, NC; Eric (Krissy) Case of Asheville, NC; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
