George and his wife always had a big smile whenever we frequented their business. They both were very very kind people. We are so very sad to learn of this news and for all of us that have lost loved ones, their absence is so very difficult. Keeping those memories ALIVE in our hearts and always talking about them is helpful. We believe that George is in God's Loving Arms and he is BACK HOME. PRAYERS, Joe and Shirley Insoft

We will always treasure our friendship with George. He was such a positive person fighting this illness throughout. We couldn't believe after all the chemo, he would drive home from Duke and go to to work the next day.

He will remain forever in our hearts!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I too have felt the pain of losing some of those I love in death. I hope you are being surrounded by loving family and friends and taking care of yourself during this difficult time. The God of all comfort provides hope for those who have passed away and comfort for those who have survived. We are promised that our loved ones will return to us one day very soon. As Jesus resurrected his friend, Lazarus, and many others, you will see your loved one again. (John 5:28, 29) How the True God longs to do that! (Job 14:14, 15). Until then, may you continue to keep his memory warm in your hearts until you see him happy and healthy again one day very soon. Prayers and thoughts are with you . . .

I hope you find the time to be comforted by the following information:

The four of us had some good times the 15 years we were at Lake Harwell in our houseboats. You watched Scott grow up. Many a jet ski rides, out to breakfast, out to lunch, dinners, playing games on the front of the houseboats, dock parties, and our talks. George was terrific and will be missed greatly. We will never forget the wonderful memories we had with the two of you. Thoughts and prayers are with you!!!
