Helen Agnes March Dombrow Stefanski, 85, of Whittier, NC passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at the Memorial Campus of Mission Hospitals in Asheville, NC. A native of New Britain, CT, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jennie March. She was a graduate of New Britain H.S., and was a member of the Newington Grange and Newington Choir Club. Singing was a passion of hers. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her spouses, Gerald Joseph Dombrow and Andy Stefanski. She is survived by her children: Gerald J. Dombrow Jr. and his spouse, Judy, of Newington, CT, Glen Dombrow and his spouse, Stephen DelGizzo, of Florida, and Cheryl Clauson and her spouse, James, of Whittier, NC; sibling, William March and spouse, Nellie and family , of Connecticut; grandchildren: Lesley Dombrow, Michelle Syc and her spouse, Gary, James Dombrow, Dana Clauson, Amanda Clauson and her partner, Shannon Concatelli, and Tristan Clauson; great grandchildren: Trent Clauson, Luna Clauson, and Jade Syc, and additional extended family. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
