Jewel Marcia (Williamson) Allen

Jewel Marcia Williamson Allen, 84, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

A native of Haywood County, Jewel was the daughter of Jarrett and Agnes Williamson.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul H Allen, who died in 2015.  Jewel retired from Haywood County Hospital as a Registered Nurse, with 35+ years of service.  She enjoyed spending time with friends and family at the lake, church, and traveling.

She is survived by 2 sons, Kevin Allen (Crystal), Eric Allen (Sheri), 5 grandchildren: Sarah, Levi (Emily), Chad, John Paul, and Maddie, 1 great-grandchild Aiden Howell.

Funeral service will be held at 4:00p.m. on Saturday, April 14th, at Rockwood U.M. Church in Canton.  The family will receive friends from 2:00- 4:00 in the fellowship hall at Rockwood.

The care of Mrs. Allen has been entrusted to Asheville Mortuary Services.
