Johnny Krause
Johnny Ray  "Chubb" Krause, 56, of Marion closed his eyes early morning  in darkness July 23, 2011, and awoke to the light.  There to welcome him were his father William Burgin Krause Jr. (Bill) & mother Lucille Pittman Krause.
He is survived by his son Brian David Krause, three sisters Helen Lonon and husband Calvin, Pat Stroud, and Billie Sue Rhom all of Marion, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.  A Memorial Service will be held Saturday July 30, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Upper Room of Jesus Christ Church at 1621 Hankins Rd in Marion, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service.  The Revs. Calvin Lonon, Danny Lonon, and Mike Zullo will be officiating.  The family will also be gathering at the home of Billie Sue Rhom at 111 Shady Lane after the service.  In lieu of flowers those that wish may make donations to the Sunrise Rehabilitation  Center at 306 Deer Park Rd Nebo, NC 28761.
