Julia Lynn Tennent

Julia “Julie” Lynn Tennent, 59, of Asheville, died April 3, 2018. She was the daughter of William G. Tennent (deceased) and Blanche J. Tennent of Asheville.

Julie attended A.C. Reynolds High School and Appalachian State University; she graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in psychology. Julie had many talents, while art and music were her great loves. She had also been a world traveler.

She is survived by her mother and brother, William G. Tennent Jr. of Ohio; and her much loved cat, Brutal. Julie’s three husbands preceded her in death. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A private memorial service is being planned for a later date.
