Leslie “Les” Paul Gosnell, 51, passed away on May 12, 2017. He was born on July 23, 1965 to June Simpson and the late Larry Gosnell. He graduated from Erwin High School in 1983.

Les left a missing piece in the hearts of all that loved him. Everyone that knew Les, knew of his love for the Lord, his daughters and his family. Les had a smile that would light up a room and your heart. He loved riding his motorcycle, camping with his daughters and was always ready to get together with friends. He had a great love of music and enjoyed going to concerts. Les will be missed by many, but know this is not good bye, it is until we meet again.

In addition to his father, Les is preceded in death by his grandparents, Helen and E.L. Hendrix.

He is survived by his daughters, Leslie Storm Gosnell and Madison Tishelle (Zuke) Samon of Asheville, NC; brothers, Scott (Amber) Gosnell of Hendersonville, NC; Tim Gosnell of Fletcher, NC; step-brother, Jeff (Michelle) Gosnell of Asheville, NC; step-sister, Caroline Gosnell of Asheville, NC. He also leaves behind his mother, June (Ken) Simpson of Hendersonville, NC; uncles, Mike and John Gosnell of Asheville, NC; nieces Hannah Gosnell of Fairview, NC; Makala and McKenzie Trantham of Hendersonville, NC.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Lake Julian Shed #2 from 4:00 pm- 7:00 pm. Officiating will be Craig Roberts.
