Shari: my mother-in-law was one of my very best friends and her passing 20 years ago, was a huge loss to me; I still think of her often. If you shared that closeness with Mrs. Walker, I hope your memories will comfort you in the coming weeks, months and years to come. She sounds like a wonderful person and I'm sure your father-in-law, your husband and all of the family will miss her. Peace be with all of you.
