Alfreda (Robinson) Ashford

Alfreda Robinson Ashford, 47, of Asheville passed away on August 15, 2018 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. She was born on October 24, 1970 to Alfred Leroy Robinson and Ellen Louise Johnson Robinson. Alfreda earned an Associate's Degree in Teaching and was a dedicated caregiver in the healthcare industry and a daycare teacher. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Wayne Darnell Ashford; children Markquise Robinson, Tykema Robinson, Thaddeus Robinson and Tyrone Harvin; four sisters and three brothers, one of which was Alfreda's twin; and nine grandchildren. A celebration of life service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 19, 2018, at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church, 20 Dalton Street, Asheville, NC 28803.
