Beth Ann Vannoy Burgess, 45, of Franklin passed away on June 5, 2018 at Mission Memorial Hospital. She was born in Huntingburg, Indiana on June 20, 2018 to Barry Marvin Mundell of Monroe, NC and Sandra Mae Mundell Vannoy of Frankin, NC. Beth is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Patrick Burgess. She was educated in occupational therapy and massage therapy, and was employed as a therapist. Beth was affiliated with Burgess Chapel and Memorial Methodist Church. She is survived by her parents; her children, Justin Michael Heater of Mead, OK, Thia Vanessa Heater of Clayton, Georgia and Patrick 'Isaiah' Burgess of Franklin, North Carolina; sisters, Cindy and Tonya Vannoy; and grandchildren, Felicity Beth Heater of Mead, Oklahoma and Brantley Isaac Heater of Clayton Georgia.
