Brenda Kay Hartley Palmer Copas, 60, of Elizabethton, TN, died June 8, 2019. She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Jessie Hartley and granddaughter, Hailey Ann Marie Palmer. She is survived by her loving mother Lois Hartley; son, Jeffrey Palmer of Elizabethton; grandson, Jayden Palmer; brothers, Steven Hartley Sr. (Sofia) of Telford and Billy Hartley (Brenda) of Jonesboro; sister, Linda Bridwell of Johnson City; several nieces and nephews; and a very special second mother, miss Betty Robertson. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 14, at 7:30 Pm at the Full Gospel Holiness Church, 2225 N. Greenwood Dr. Johnson City, TN. The family will receive friends an hour and a half prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the family for the funeral.
