Catherine Ann Hennemeier

     Catherine Ann “Cathi” Hennemeier, 55, of Fairview, North Carolina, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at her residence.

     Cathi was born on December 2, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Donna Jean Loomis. She was a practice specialist at Mission MRI in Asheville. Cathi enjoyed cooking and gardening. She was passionate about her three dogs, two huskies and a German shepherd. She was an avid reader and was especially fond of Stephen King books. She touched the hearts of many and will always be remembered by her friends and family.

     In addition to her mother, Cathi was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie Ajini; and a brother, Eric Ricky Hennemeier.

     Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of thirty seven years, Ricky Walker of Fairview; two daughters, Caleena Walker of Fairview and Sabrina Hennemeier of Asheville; a sister, Tracy Hennemeier of Warren, Michigan; a granddaughter, Mackenzie Walker of Fairview; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

     A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 4, 2018, in Worship Room 1, at the Biltmore Church in Arden. The family will receive friends from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., prior to the service, at the Church.
