Edwin Sam O’Brien, 69, of Asheville, North Carolina, died Monday, June 17, 2019.

Edwin was born in Rockford, Illinois on November 3, 1949 to Mary L. and Edwin G. O’Brien, who preceded him in death. He graduated from Boylan Catholic High School in 1968. Edwin worked as a pet groomer and was well regarded for his work for thirty-five years. He lived in Wisconsin, Florida and Colorado before moving to North Carolina in 1997.

Edwin is survived by two brothers, Rennie W. and Thomas E. O’Brien. He will be missed by his close friends Beth and Leslie.
