Dear Wimberly Family, I attended Webb School in Bell Buckle, TN with John. He had a wonderful personality; and even though I have not seen John in over fifty years, I do still have fond memories of our times together. One Thanksgiving when I could not afford to travel home to Louisiana, John showed his kindness by inviting me to his parents' home in Jackson, TN to spend the holiday with his family. One does not forget that kind of thoughtfulness. With deepest sympathy, Cole Flournoy, Shreveport, Louisiana

Dear Barbara, I'm holding you and your family close every day and have faith that your love for John and each other, and the love John shared with friends, will comfort you over time. He was a good man and I really appreciated any time spent with him. Bless you all, Carol.

As John's fellow classmate at Webb I am very sorry for his passing. During our reunions
I enjoyed bantering with John on our experiences. He had a livid sense of humor.

Barbara, It's been a long time since I've seen John, but I remember the day well because, as usual, he gave me a big hug. I didn't know he had been sick so was surprised to read his obit in the paper today. I'm writing to let you know I'm thinking about you. And even though I haven't seen or talked with you in many years you've always been in my heart and I'll love you forever. Linda

Dear Barbara,
Bryan and I are so very sorry about the loss of your beloved John. Bryan knew John from the Rotary Club and had much respect for him. I enjoyed Yoga with you as my instructor. You were an exemplary teacher. Both of us have you and your family in our thoughts and prayers in the hope that with time, your sadness will be replaced by beautiful memories. May God grant all of you peace.

With love and deepest sympathy,
Betty and Bryan Padrick
