Kathleen Nash Hendricks,86, of Leicester, NC was called home on August 14, 2017 after a long and lingering illness. She was born to Margarett Hattie Griggs and William Lester Martin on March 1, 1931. Her passions were her family and bluegrass music.

She is preceded in death by her brother Harold Smith; son Jack Nash and granddaughter Patricia Ann Nash.

She is survived by her son and primary care giver, Jerry Nash; grandson Wesley Nash both of AL; daughter Janice Nash of the home; granddaughter Elaine Banks Watkins; great-grandsons Jeremy and Cjay Watkins; great granddaughter Courtney Watkins all of Lake County, FL. Kathleen also leaves behind great granddaughter Casey Ann Nash of Asheville, NC; great-great grandson Austin Lee Williams of Flat Rock, NC; and brother Albert Smith.

The family wants to express their love and sincere appreciation to Berta and the entire hospice staff for their loving, compassionate care. 

Services will be held at a later date when entire family is available to attend.
