Larry Arnold "Peewee" Gault, 66, of Fairview passed away on November 27, 2017 at Mission Hospital. He was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on August 27, 1951 to Leonard Arnold Gault and Pauline Aveleen Moore Gault. In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his wife Kathy Gault, brother Ronald Gault, sister Kay Creasman and sister Francis Summey.

Larry worked at Mission Hospital and enjoyed tinkering on vehicles and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his children Larry Gault (Connie) of Asheville, Crystal Gault (Eddie) of Asheville, Steven Gault of Fairview and Cody Gault (Sydney) of Asheville; his grandchildren Hunter Gault, Noah Carrillo, Delisia Carrillo and Arabella Gault, all of Asheville; nieces Angela Reed (Travis) of Glen St. Mary, FL and Christine Luedke (Ken) of Jacksonville, FL; and nephew Brandon Yancey. He was affectionately known by his grandchildren as Pappy.

 A service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 5 PM at Laurel Springs Baptist Church at 677 Morgan Hill Rd. in Fairview with David Owenby officiating.

Larry's family would like to thank his special long-time friend Benny Whitaker for always being there for him.
