Lawton Wilkinson Obituary

Lawton Densler Wilkinson, 91, of Hendersonville passed away on March 2, 2018. Lawton was born on September 6, 1926 in St. Petersburg, FL to Leonora Densler Wilkinson and Roland Wilkinson.

Lawton grew to be a lover of serious music, he became an accomplished pianist, as well as earning his degree his music. He taught music in the Odessa, TX public schools for many years. Lawton was full of charm, quick wit and enjoyed life and the people in it.

In addition to his parents, Lawton is preceded in death by his brother, Landis Wilkinson.

Left to cherish is memory are his two nieces, Debbie and Chrissy. He also leaves behind his best friend of 41 years, Stephen Klein.
