Linda Connors Obituary

Linda Joyce Ziots Connors, 65, passed away in Asheville, NC on June 15, 2019.

She was born December 8, 1953 in Brownsville, PA, to William Michael Ziots and Janet Cecelia Sidwell Ziots.

Linda was preceded in death by her late husband, Eugene V. Connors, and son, Danny A. Connors.

She is survived by her sons, Eugene W. Connors (Lisa) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Michael A. Connors (Renee) of Asheville, NC; daughter-in-law Christina Skogen (Andrew) of Murphy, NC; brother William Ziots of Dallas, TX; sisters, Kathy Zawelensky (John) of Uniontown, PA, Judy Ulery (Randy) of Filbert, PA, and Patricia Burnette (Mark) of Wylie, TX; mother-in-law Emily Olesh of Asheville, NC; granddaughters, Emily Connors of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Ava R. Connors of Asheville, NC; grandsons, Carson M. Connors of Asheville, NC, Anthony D. Connors (Alexis) of Charlotte, NC, and Zachary and Nathan Skogen of Murphy, NC.

Linda will be laid to rest at Green Hill Cemetary with a private service to be held at a later date.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Raymond Thertulien and staff, Mission St. Jo’s oncology staff, and the staff of the J. F. Keever Solace Center.
