FAIRVIEW - Lloyd Robert “Bobby” Morrow, 50, of Fairview, North Carolina, passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at his residence. Bobby was born on December 30, 1967, in Gainesville, Florida to Lloyd Daniel Morrow and Phillis Juanita Davis. Bobby was a graduate of Owen High School and was a member of Azelia United Methodist Church. He worked at several Big Lots stores in Asheville. Bobby loved animals, especially, his dogs, Daisy and Kenya. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved being in the woods. He enjoyed fishing, collecting knives, and racing gas powered remote controlled cars. Bobby touched the hearts of all who knew him and will be greatly missed. Bobby was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Juanita Davis, and Frank and Lillian Morrow. Survivors include his mother, Phyllis Lyon of Fairview; his father, Lloyd Morrow of Flovilla, Georgia; two sisters, Dana Morrow Ayers and husband James of Swannanoa and April Elem and husband Johnny of Asheville; a brother, Russell Roberts of Fairview; three aunts, Linda Miller and family of Asheville, Phyllis Morrow and family of Tennessee, and Maryalice of Georgia; three uncles, Ray Morrow and family of Florida, Bill Davis and family of Asheville, and AC Morrow of Florida; a niece, Valarie Williams of Morganton; a nephew, Dylan Murphy of Asheville; and a great niece, Kairi Lee of Swannanoa. A service of remembrance for Bobby will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank everyone for all your love and support, especially the Hospice nurses, Lori, Savanna, and Amy; the Big Lots family; all our family and friends; and to Bobby. We love and miss you.
