Robert “Blue” Sean Law, 42, of Asheville, passed away unexpectedly May 20, 2017 at his home.

Born November 23, 1974 in Cook County, IL to Sandra and Robert Michael Law, Robert was a graduate of Oregon High School. He presently worked as a chef for Wicked Weed Brewing, and previously worked as an executive chef of the Federal Lounge in Durham for five years. He took a break from cooking to work with precious stones and gems with Enter the Earth of Asheville. Robert loved to travel, listen to music, playing with his dog Feck, and reading books. He was also a movie buff, especially for horror films, and frequently attended Retrofantasma in Durham to experience films he loved.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by long-time partner, Amelia “Millie” Hes.

A memorial service will be held on June 3, 2017 from 2:00-6:00 PM at The Criterion, 347 West Main Street, Durham, NC 27701.
