Sarah Elizabeth Moore

Sarah Elizabeth (Liz) Moore, age 57, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at her residence in Waynesville, NC.

Liz was born on July 7, 1962, to the late Elwanda I. Moore and Jim H. Moore Sr. in Monroe, Louisiana. She resided in Haywood County for the past twenty-five years.

Surviving Liz are her daughters, Sarah Senter of Clyde, NC, and Laurie Wilson and her husband, Ben, of Waynesville, NC; her brother, Jim Moore and his wife, Connie, of Waynesville, NC; her grandson, Jameson Senter of Clyde, NC; her aunt, Doris Helms of Waynesville, NC; and her cousins, Jenny Caldwell and her husband, Leon, of Waynesville, NC and Shawn Barrett and his wife, Sandra, of Brandon, Missouri.

A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Liz will be held this Sunday, August 18, 2019, from 5pm  until 7 pm at Vance Street Park in Waynesville.

Asheville Mortuary Services is assisting the Moore family with arrangements.
