Virginia Lazear Guyer, 73, of Sylva, NC passed away on April 25, 2017. She was born in Michigan on September 12, 1943 to Virginia Cotton and Johnathan Lazear. She majored in history while in college and loved all documentaries pertaining to history. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and had a heart of gold. Virginia also enjoyed reading mystery books. She was also very entertained by her two dogs she leaves behind.
Virginia is survived by her husband, Lynn Allen Guyer of Sylva, NC and her son, Nathan Guyer also of Sylva, NC.
The family will be holding a private service.
