Adam Bradley Bryant, 44, of Sapphire, NC passed away on Monday, January 26th, 2026 in Sapphire, NC.

Adam was born on May 11th, 1981 in Brevard, NC to Martha Jean Norton Bryant and the late Ralph Douglas Bryant Sr. (1996).

Adam previously lived in Penrose, NC before moving to Sapphire, NC where he resided for the last 3 years. He was a restaurant cook for 22 years. Adam loved cooking, hiking, fishing, socializing, and foraging for mushrooms. Adam never met a stranger and was a friend to everyone he met.

Adam is survived by his children, Jayden Bryant and Addisyn Bryant of Highlands, NC. Also, his little buddy, Ryker Rice of Highlands, NC; mother, Martha Jean Norton Bryant of Penrose, NC; siblings, Timothy Norton (Kelli) of Penrose, NC, Ralph Douglas Bryant Jr. of Brevard, NC; loved ones, Jacob Norton, Kaitlyn Stepp, and Lillian Grace. He is also survived by many friends that considered him family.

A private service will be held at a later date.
