Cathyleen (McGhee) Anderson

Cathyleen McGhee Anderson, 79, of Fairview, NC peacefully passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Mission Hospital.

Cathyleen was born on April 5, 1946 in Buncombe County, NC to the late Paul and Myra McGhee. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Anderson; son, Kenneth Cornwell; three sisters; and five brothers.

Cathyleen was employed at Flesher’s Rest Home where she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant Medical Technician until she retired.

Cathyleen is survived by her children, Laura Ledwell of Fairview, NC, Yolanda Anderson of Fairview, NC, Weeden Cornwell of Black Mountain, NC; grandchildren, Barry Ledwell of Fairview, NC, Dasean Anderson of Fairview, NC, and Gage Cornwell of NC.
