Danny Lee King, age 59, of Marshall, N.C. went home to be with the Lord on September 30th, 2022.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Donna King; two sons: Daniel King (Julie), Jeffrey King (Amy), all of Erwin, T.N.; ex-daughter-in-law, Lisa King; six grandchildren, Joshua King (Danyelle), David King, Kayla Wyatt (Tyler), Tyler Tipton, Halie Clark (Cody), Hannah Miller (Blake), 9 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters, Tammy King (Darnell), Gail Woody (Johnny), sister-in-law, Annette Haynie, 2 brothers-in-law, Doug Haynie and Richard Loville (Teresa), several nieces and nephews, and special friends Terry and Leslie Metcalf.

He is proceeded in death by his parents Beechard and Barbara King, grandparents, Roscoe and Wanda King and John and Lettie Lunsford.

There will be a memorial service at a later date.
