Donald Michael Fox

Donald Michael Fox “91” of Asheville, North Carolina, passed away Monday, October 11, 2021.

Donald was born to the late Michael Fox and Marie Philomena Geiling. He was preceded in death by both parents, and by his brother, Dick.

Donald resided in Tustin, California for many years and graduated from Pasadena City College. He served in the Naval Reserve and retired from McDonnell Douglas. Donald was an active member of the community, and his most honored service was delivering Meals on Wheels, which he did for over 22 years. In Donald’s spare time he greatly enjoyed building model airplanes and bowling.

Donald leaves behind his loving wife of 61 years, Linda Kay Fox, and his two sons, Brent (Jacqueline) of Henniker, New Hampshire, and Alan of Las Vegas, Nevada. Donald also leaves behind his grandchildren Stephanie (Zach) of Crystal Lakes, Illinois, and Brett of Manchester, New Hampshire.

A private family service will be held, at a later date, at the Lutheran Church of the Nativity’s Memorial Garden in Arden, North Carolina. Zachary Bear will officiate.

Donald was a kind, caring, loving husband and father he will be missed greatly by all friends and family.
