Doris Marie Garren, aged sixty-six, passed February 26, 2023, at home in Asheville, North Carolina. She was born to the late Ledgar and Louise Erwin Garren in Henderson County, North Carolina.

Doris is survived by her siblings, Dennis Garren of Arden, North Carolina, Judy Garren of Mars Hill, North Carolina, and June Jones of Asheville; and by loved ones Matthew Lewis Garren and Dallas Horshman-Garren.
