Dorothy Bryson Case, 91, of Arden passed away on August 4, 2025 in Asheville, NC. Dorothy was born on December 19, 1933 in Brevard, NC to the late Mamie Mull Bryson and Thomas A. Bryson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Thomas Case. Dorothy graduated with her RN from The School of Nursing of Memorial Mission Hospital of WNC in 1955. She worked in the medical center at the Ecusta paper plant and Olin Corp until her retirement. She was a member of Long Shoals Baptist Church and the Mission Belles. Surviving Dorothy are Tony Baldwin (Angela) of Asheville, NC; Jan Webster (Bryant) of Asheville, NC; Andy Mull (Deanna) of Brevard; Gary Johnson (Susan) of Tennessee and Lisa (George) Fesperman of Georgia along with multiple great nieces and great nephews.
A graveside service will be held at New Salem Cemetery conducted by Rev. Roger Reardon. Many thanks to the caregivers of Asheville Home Health, M.
