Edward Careccia Obituary

Edward A. Careccia, aged 81, passed away December 14, 2024, in Mars Hill, NC.

Edward was born December 3, 1943, in Miami, FL, to the late John and Blanche Careccia. He was a member of the US Army before retiring. Edward was also a member of the NHRA, IHRA AND PDRA. He enjoyed drag racing and restoring antique cars in his free time.

In addition to his parents, Edward was preceded in passing by his brother, Charles Careccia.

Edward is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Vicki Careccia; sister, Rosemary Snelling; and many nieces and nephews.
