Frank Rex Wright Jr, 73, of Asheville, passed away on July 30, 2018.

Frank was born on May 14, 1945, in Buncombe County. He is preceded in passing by his wife, Blanche Wright.

He worked as a road maintenance worker for the City of Asheville. When not working he enjoyed spending time fishing.

Frank is survived by his son, Frank Wright III; his sister, Lorain Edgar; his granddaughters, Candice Wright, Lindsay Lynch, and Melissa Roberts; grandsons Matthew Staffon, Cullen Wright, Dustin Wright, Haidyn Wright and Kenny Roberts; and his step-children, Johnny Staffon and Brenda Staffon.

Frank will be missed by all who knew him. Care has been entrusted to Asheville Mortuary Services.
