Gloria "Glo" Ann (Meeks) Schion

     Gloria Ann “Glo” Sehion, 63, of Asheville, passed away, Thursday, May 14, 2020, at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center.

     She was born in Ft. Knox, Kentucky on June 1, 1956, to the late James Franklin Meeks and Edith Giebish Meeks. She was married to her husband of 32 years, Barry Sehion. She was a caregiver for over 30 years and was a member of Crossroads Assembly of God in Asheville. She enjoyed jogging, cooking, but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Christian Sehion; and a daughter in law, Dominque Logan.

     She is survived by her husband, Barry Sehion of Asheville; two daughters, Jamie Fernandez and husband Manuel of Newport News, Virginia and Nichole Tigar of Asheville; a son, Matthew Sehion of Asheville; her grandchildren, Jordan Tigar, Darius Talbert, Kiliah Talbert, all of Asheville, Alex Fernandez, Alyssa Fernandez, Michael Fernandez, all of Newport News, Kyasia Jones, Lasalle Jones, and Andrea Logan, all of Swannanoa; many nieces, nephews, and cousins; CJ Drayton, Andre Logan, Dennis Dixon, Darren Harribson, Jay Rodriguez, Kristi McMahan, Johnathan Carter, and many other adopted kids along the way.

     A memorial service will be held at a later date.
