James ‘’Neil’’ Clark, aged 64, went to be with the lord on September 5, 2023.
Neil was born on November 29, 1958, in Asheville, NC, to the late Annie Mae Clark. He attended the Asheville City Schools before joining the U.S. Army. Neil enjoyed collecting knick knacks in his spare time.
In addition to his mother, Neil is preceded in death by his siblings, Linda Ingram, Remona Pearcy, John Henry Clark (Bibbles), Coleman Thomas Clark and Thomas Edward Clark.
Surviving family to cherish his memory are his sisters, Ruby Ray, Ann Clark, and Johnnie Mae Clark; and a host of nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
