Jerry Keltz

Jerry was born on April 11, 1941, in Niles, Michigan. He went to heaven, February 25, 2025. He is survived by his wife Janice Marie Keltz (Mitchell). They were married 60 years and have four children, Brian, Bruce, Brett and Bethany. Jerry and Janice are members of Mud Creek Baptist Church in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Jerry graduated from Niles High School in 1959 and entered the military that same year. He spent four years in the Navy. He was a communications Operator and earned the rank of E-5. He also graduated from the College of Commerce, South Bend, Indiana, where he was the Salutatorian of his class. He earned a degree in Finance. He went on to work and retire after forty years from Volvo, North America.

Jerry was preceded in death by his son, Bruce Keltz, and his parents Howard and Madeline Keltz of Niles, Michigan.

Jerry is survived by his brother, Paul (Thelma) Keltz and nephews, Paul Keltz, Jr. and Michael Keltz (all in Michigan), eight grandchildren, Taylor (Kyle) Dilling, Mckenna Keltz (Dillan), and Ethan Keltz, (parents, Brett and Colleen) all of Pennsylvania, Ashley (Nathan) Weseloh, Lauren Keltz (Landon), (Wisconsin), parents Bruce Keltz and Christine Merori of Illinois, Barrett Lindsey (Kelsey), Asheville, NC, Laurel Lindsey, Charlotte, NC, Peyton Lindsey, Asheville, NC, (parents, Brian and Bethany Lindsey, Asheville, NC), two great grandchildren, Rudy Nicolas ‘’Tootie’’ Dilling and Harley Marie Dilling, (parents, Taylor and Kyle), and many cousins and aunts and uncles.

A Memorial sercives will be held April 11th, 2025 at 11:00 am, with lunch following at 12:00PM at Mud Creek Baptist Church, 403 Rutledge Road, Hendersonville, NC 28739
