Jimmy "Shane" Stanley

          Jimmy "Shane" Stanley, age thirty-eight, died unexpectedly at his residence in Candler, North Carolina, September 25, 2021. 
          Shane was born October 9, 1982, to Marlene Banks Hathaway. He was raised by his mother and grandfather Clyde Banks in Buncombe County, attending Enka High School. 
          Shane enjoyed his time with family and friends and loved his children. He is survived by his mother, Marlene Banks Hathaway of Candler, North Carolina; grandfather, Clyde Banks of Candler; his children, Devin and Landon Stanley, of Leicester, and twins Damien and Tessa of Candler; uncles Clyde, Billy and Ernie Banks, all of Candler, and aunts Roxie Plemmons (Ronald) of Weaverville, North Carolina, and  Debbie Rash (Chad) of Leicester, North Carolina; and numerous cousins.
