Judith Anne Koletnik, 79, of Asheville, NC passed away August 27, 2021, after a short illness.
Born 07-31-42 in West Palm Beach, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Van and Dorothy Kinnamon. Judy was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and faithful friend. She was employed as the office manager for Huntley Construction Company for the past 32 years. Judy was a founding and faithful member of the Covenant Community United Methodist Church serving as secretary and treasurer for 12 years. She supported the Asheville Buncombe Community Christian Ministry as evidenced by her commitment to help all those less fortunate. As a warm and giving person, Judy was greatly loved and respected by all those who knew her.
She is loved and survived by her husband of 34 years, Stephen H. Koletnik, Sr. of Asheville, children, Sherri Martinson of Houston, TX, Ross Best of West Palm Beach, Fl, Diane Bergeron of Dallas, TX and Stephen Koletnik, Jr. of Asheville, NC. Judy was blessed with six grandchildren, Kristine, Wendy, Kyla, Jessica, Kalya, and Alexis, as well as seven great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on October 9, 2021 at 2pm in the Covenant Community United Methodist Church sanctuary. The Reverends Rich Tuttle and Mack Strange will officiate.
