Mark Paul Rice

Mark Paul Rice, 57, of Marshall, NC, went to heaven to be with the Lord, his Savior on May 16, 2020 at John F Keever Jr Solace Center.

Mark was born the son of late Albert and Joyce Rice of Marshall, NC.  A life-long resident of Madison County, Mark is well known as a talented mechanic and a man with remarkable musical abilities. 

He was a caring, loving, hardworking, and honest man, a cherished husband, father & grandfather who loved his family. He is the youngest of his beloved siblings, Rickie Rice of Altoona, AL and Sheila (Rice) Coleman of Arden, NC- both surviving.  He dearly loved his wife, Debra Rice, of 37 years who survives him.

Also surviving him are his daughter & son-in-law, Chrissy & Justin Lewis of Marshall, NC and their children/his grandchildren, Paul, Kaidence & Conner Lewis, his son and daughter-in-law, Joshua & Tammy Rice of Burnsville, NC; and his stepsons Timothy and Ronnie Burleson and grandchildren.

Family will have a private Memorial Service held at Peeks Chapel in Marshall, NC on May 21st @ 4:30.
