Paul Fox III Obituary

Paul E. Fox III, 68, passed away on April 12, 2019 at the Charles George VA Hospital in Asheville, NC.

A native of Morganton, NC, Paul was born to Paul E. Fox Jr. and Dolly Dean Fox on October 10, 1950. Paul also spent part his life living in Newland, NC and Oxford, England.

Paul served his county during the Vietnam War as part of the 173rd Army division and worked for the State of North Carolina. Paul was a member of the Episcopal Church and during his free time he enjoyed traveling to England as well as his beloved Scottish Terriers.

Paul is preceded in death by his father, Paul Fox Jr., and sister, Kim Banner.

Paul is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Martha Watson Fox; nieces Ashley Penley of Morganton, NC and Amy Watson of Hustonville, KY; and nephews Jason banner of Morganton, NC and Danial Watson or Danville, KY.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Paul is to be laid to rest at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain, NC.
