Phillip Andrew Green

Phillip Andrew Green, 55, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021, at Care Partners Solace Center in Asheville, NC.

Phillip was born on December 19, 1965, to Bruce Green and Grace Surrett Frisbee in Buncombe County. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Phillip was a tradesman in the construction business and lived his entire life in Buncombe County, NC. Phillip enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and hunting. He loved spending time and playing with his dog.

He is survived by his father, Bruce Green, of Weaverville, NC; his children, Landon, Austin, Andy Green and John Morlack, all of Leicester, NC; brothers, Tommy and Steve Frisbee of Leicester; grandsons, Tyson and Walker Green, Jaxon, Carson and Bryson Morlock; nieces Jennifer Green of Leicester, NC and Hailey Frisbee, and nephew, Chase Frisbee of Leicester, NC.

A memorial service was held Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at 11:00 am, at Bethel Baptist Church in Asheville, NC. Officiating was Pastor Mark Lewis.

Philip’s family would like to give a special thanks to all the people that helped through this very difficult time. A special thanks to Paster Mark Lewis and Bethel Baptist Church and also to the Lions Club.
