Randy Thomas Haney, a man whose gentle spirit and deep faith touched all who knew him, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy defined by compassion.
Randy was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, and his life was a quiet testament to that faith. He was widely known for his kind demeanor and his genuine care for others, always willing to lend a hand to those in need. His passions included the rumble of a classic car, the history found in antiques, and the joy of music.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Mildred Haney. Randy is lovingly remembered by his sister, Donna; his four children, Eric, Matt, Rachel, and Katie as well as their spouses Anissa and Taylor; and his seven grandchildren: Eli, Malachi, Noble, Bella, Bailey, Levi, and Wyatt.
While he may not have sought material wealth, Randy died a profoundly rich man. His true fortune lies in the family he raised—children who embody his spirit of generosity and are committed to making the world a better place. In this, his greatest legacy continues to grow.
A private family celebration of his life will be held. In keeping with Randy’s character, the family suggests that in lieu of flowers, friends perform an unexpected act of kindness for someone in need.
