Regnal “Reggie” Eugene Parker, 74, of Black Mountain, NC, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025. He was born November 6, 1951 in Salisbury, NC and has resided in Black Mountain, NC for the last 16 years. Reggie was employed at the Arbor Terrace. Surviving is his longtime partner, Elizabeth Westgate. In keeping with his wishes, there will be no services.
