Rita Lynn (Styles) McCall

Rita Lynn Styles McCall of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, passed Friday, September 24, 2021. She was fifty-three. 

Rita was born June 8, 1968, to Wanda Regina Lowery Styles of Spruce Pine, and the late Thomas Dewey Styles in Asheville, North Carolina. She graduated from Mitchell High School in Ledger, North Carolina. Rita liked old antique cars - she once owned and drove a '74 Firebird and a '41 Ford Coupe,, but her favorite was the '68 Camaro. Rita loved spending time with her mother, Wanda, sister, Lisa, and her three grandchildren. Rita was retired from her work at Baxter's Healthcare. 

In addition to her father, Rita was preceded in death by her grandparents, Thurman "Bud" and Gladys Brendle Lowery, and Robert Earl and Amy Waycaster Styles. 

She is survived by her children, Bradley McCall and Dalton Stout, both of Spruce Pine, North Carolina; siblings, Travis Styles and Lisa Burleson (Guy), all of Spruce Pine; grandchildren, Kiera, Colton and Kashton McCall, of Spruce Pine; stepson, Bryan McCall, of Marion, North Carolina; nieces, Amy and Kayla Styles, and nephew Gavin Styles, all of Spruce Pine.
