Robert A. Mesaeh of Rosman, North Carolina, passed March 25, 2024. Born July 5, 1951, to the late Stella and Dale Meseah in Gary, Indiana, Bob was seventy-two.
Bob previously resided in Brevard, North Carolina, West Palm Beach, Florida, and Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from W.A. Wirt High School in Gary, Indiana, and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Barry University in Florida. Bob served in the United States Army. He later worked as a certified addictions counselor specializing in DWI treatment at Brevard Counseling Center. Bob loved fishing, spending time in nature, playing with his corgi, Indie, reading and listening to music. He also loved going to Cherokee pow wows and collecting and creating Native American inspired art.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by a brother, Greg, and nephew, Aaron Blankus.
He is survived by his daughter, Casey Marie of Brevard, North Carolina; sister, Alexis Blankus and her husband, Ronnie, of Chicago, Illinois; and nieces, Amber and Sandy Blankus of Chicago, Illinois.
