Robert Sievert

Robert Sievert, 67, of Weaverville, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 9, 2021.  Robert was born June 20, 1953 in Levittown, NY, to John and Elizabeth Sievert who preceded him in death.  His brother John Sievert also preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother Richard (Bonnie) Sievert of Fredericksburg, VA, his son Robert Sievert of Prospect Hill, NC, his daughter Lynn (Jason) Courter of Canton, OH, and seven grandchildren. 

Robert graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Administration and worked professionally as a systems analyst and a database consultant.  He loved spending time with his family (especially at the beach), fellowshipping with his church family, and caring for his cats. His hobbies included photography, amateur aviation, studying theology, enjoying gourmet food, hiking, traveling, and exploring new places. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 11am at Covenant Reformed Presbyterian Church (281 Edgewood Rd., Asheville, NC 28804).
