After fighting a very courageous battle with cancer, Scott Tomkins 59, passed to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 14th, 2025 at the Elizabeth House.
Scott will be remembered for his positive outlook on life, love of family and as one of the biggest Buffalo Bills fans you will ever meet. In the 5 years he battled cancer, he'd arrive to his medical appointments decked out in Buffalo Bills attire from top to bottom,it was expected of him by the staff.
Scott worked for a printing company, then went to college to obtain a business degree, receiving an associates arts degree and made the Deans list. When his father Jack developed Cancer, he cared for him along with his mother and took on a loving caregiver role.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Tomkins, predeceased by his father Jack Tomkins, who would be in heaven welcoming Scott with open arms. He leaves behind his sister Jean Herrmann and her husband, Norman of Etowah, brother, David Tomkins and his wife, Yvette, of Ft. Lauderdale.
Uncle to Jennifer Swayngim, Jason Herrmann of Etowah and Alexander and Christopher Jack Tomkins, both of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Let's not forget his beloved feline Savanna.
