Stratton Peacock

Rev.  Stratton Peacock, 95, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Givens Estates Health Center, Asheville, NC.  

Stratton was a retired Presbyterian PCUSA minister and Certified Christian Educator who served churches in south Georgia and western North Carolina. She was a member of the Presbytery of Western North Carolina.

Surviving are son, Lee Peacock (Sherralyn); daughter, Melissa Peacock (Rick Nipper); five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren; and eight nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Peacock, and her son, Rob Peacock.        

A virtual memorial service was held on Sunday, June 27, 2021followed by a time of virtual fellowship.

After the memorial service and fellowship time, a private, family interment was held on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the Horace E. Bell Columbarium, Givens Estates, Asheville, NC.

The family expresses their gratitude to the Givens Estates Health Center staff and Dr. Gloria Trujillo for the loving care and dedication they provided.
