Terry Fox Obituary

Terry Paulette “Polly” Griffin Fox, seventy-three, passed October 29, 2021, in Asheville, North Carolina.

Terry was born October 10, 1948, to Jessie Gill Griffin and Herbert Griffin in Buncombe County, North Carolina, and she resided in Swannanoa for most of her life. Terry worked as a seamstress at Drapery Arts.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Fox.

Terry is survived by her daughter, Tammy McCurry of Asheville; siblings, Teresa Griffin Ingle of Fletcher, North Carolina, and Frank Griffin of Asheville; and grandchildren, Courtney and Zachery McCurry, and great grandchildren Rylan and Kasen Careccia, all of Asheville.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring of 2022.
