Victoria Ann Loomis, 56 passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.. Vicki was born on August 23, 1964, to the late Frances Joesph and Joyce Emily McBride Degnan in Detroit Michigan. Vicki was the President of the Black Mountain Lion's Club when it was chartered in 2005. She was a caregiver to family and by occupation. Vicki enjoyed reading, photography, country, and rock music, big Elvis fan, She was the marketing director for Children's Home, accounting, and a deep love for her family and friends. Vicki was a true animal lover and an advocate for the underdog.

Left to cherish her memory, sisters, Bridgette Bullock and Frances Coates, brothers, Vincent and Charles Degnan, nieces, Baily and Beanie Bullock, Nephews, Andy and Bryan Coates, Patrick Degnan; great-nieces Emily and Madelyn Coates and great-nephews, Clayton Jamison and Ezekiel Coates.

A private service will be held at a later date.
